“To be modern, some believe that it is necessary to detach oneself from roots. And this causes ruin, because roots, tradition, are the guarantee of the future.”

Pope Francis

What is Una Voce?

Una Voce Katy is a private association of Catholic faithful residing in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. We are dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the rich heritage of the Church’s liturgy through Gregorian Chant, the Latin language, and the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite (also known as the Traditional Latin Mass or TLM). We are committed to supporting parishes and priests in these goals, and in teaching the principles behind them in a way that’s easy to understand for all. It is our goal to educate the faithful in the beauty, theology and culture that flows from the Church's traditional liturgy. We are a chapter of Una Voce America and the International Federation of Una Voce.
